Rory’s passion for the city and its people was contagious. He brings a new perspective to the roots and cultures of a vibrant neighbourhood, home to a variety cultures and therefore a variety of delicious food. The tour captured some small local restaurants that are pillars in their community, thought provoking street art, and a downtown park buzzing with activity and beauty that evolved from lifeless concrete parking lots. Went on the downtown tour with friends.  We had great weather and a lot of fun.  Have lived here for a few years now and still learned so much about the city.  Our guide was awesome and very knowledgeable about the area.  Picked up a lot of great Houston trivia.  After the tour, we enjoyed happy hour at a few of the downtown bars. Awesome Saturday afternoon activity! I went on a walking tour of downtown Houston with my family and it was a great experience. The tour is very engaging and laid-back. You'll get to see different points of interest on your walk and learn about Houston history along the way. Our tour guide, Rory, has a great personality and awesome sense of humor! I had a lot of fun going on the walking tour of downtown Houston with Howdy H-town! We were a large group, but either way our tour guide gave us a great experience. Rory has a fun personality and knows his Houston history even though he is from Australia! I think this is a great activity for visitors and locals. One of the best tours I have ever been on. Rory was fantastic with his charismatic personality and passion for the city of Houston. I had such a great time on the downtown tour! I’m downtown pretty much everyday but everything I learned was brand new. The routes chosen are super beautiful and you get to see the beautiful architecture of Houston. I love the tour guide’s personality, it added so much to the tour and made it more fun. The ultimate guide to Houston you get access to at the end is also super helpful even for a Houston native! I would HIGHLY recommend this tour, it’s super fun for a  group activity or a date night.
